That's what I experienced, I'm almost sure. The wording is wonky but I think it buffs the amount of stress heals the Jester does.
I never got a definitive answer but I beat the game anyway so it doesn't matter that much. Basic math skills and a dictionary would not clear this up. So I think the question is perfectly valid. Except on the wiki it says this trinket increases stress healing received. Exact same wording, except for the number. The wiki says this increases healing done by the jester. Like the OP, Im trying to increase stress healed by my jester. Also, I find it funny that you comment on english lessons when you write "recieved". There actually is inconsistency in the game when it comes to wording. I am also looking for the same answer as the OP and I cant help but need to answer this. You just need to use basic math skills and a dictionary. You wasted your time trying to explain things I didn't even ask and showing off your math 101 abilities. I clearly said that Bright Tambourine doesn't make clear if it's Stress heals received or Stress heal skills, when other trinkets specify this. Maybe it's you who can't understand English. Yes, I know what percentages mean and yes, English is my second language, thanks for being toxic and rude as ♥♥♥♥. If it says heals received, it only affects heals received, not heal skills used. Get this: If it says "heal skills" that affects heal skills they use. Recieved means "Recieved," do you need an English lesson too? (Understandable if English is your second language)
